I thought my gut issues would be forever. But I improved the variety in my diet, which in turn (along with positive affirmations and supplements) have enabled my gut to start healing. My stomach does not hurt anymore, I fart like a normal person, I don’t belch all of the time. I have far less visits to the toilet than I did before and can trust my bowels not to let me down! My confidence and self esteem have increased, I am more relaxed in social and work situations, I didn’t think it would work but it has. I have the knowledge and the tools to keep myself healthy, but if I do get some bloating or some symptoms (usually caused by stress, or migraines) I know what to do to give my stomach a rest and restore calm to my gut, not only that but the symptoms don’t last very long. I can eat out with confidence, I can cook with confidence, I can eat things I know are not the best choices but I get away with it. I have food freedom and a calm gut.
