This package is suitable for those with health issues which require professional help, but who are self-motivated and don’t need weekly coaching sessions.
What to expect:
- You will be asked to complete a 3 day food diary and questionnaire before the initial meeting
- The initial 90 minute consultation will explore your symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle, and stress triggers, with full dietary analysis and is used to create your tailored recommendations form with dietary suggestions, lifestyle advice and supplementation when judged to be necessary (includes medication interaction evaluation as appropriate).
- Personalised nutrition guidance with specific food suggestions
- Recommendations regarding clinical tests and results interpretation (if applicable).
- Followed up by two 30 minute sessions, either by phone or in person which are usually booked for months two and three, depending on your needs.
All aspects of health can be discussed and your progress is reviewed at each follow up meeting.
